Data We Collect
- •Personal details submitted during registration (e.g., name, email address, institution, contact number, country).
- •Team and project details (e.g., team name, problem statement, repository links, pitch video URLs).
- •Technical telemetry logs standard for web application analytics and performance monitoring.
CLAUSE 02
How We Use Your Data
- •To manage participant registrations, verify eligibility, and structure competition tracks.
- •To communicate critical event updates, track deadlines, and Grand Finale invitations.
- •To evaluate project submissions and issue digital certificates of participation and achievement.
CLAUSE 03
Data Sharing & Protection
- •Data is shared strictly between official co-organizers: KVGCE Sphere Hive and Microsoft Tech Club, BITS Pilani Dubai Campus.
- •Participant data is never sold or rented to third-party advertisers.
- •Official sponsors receive participant details solely for legitimate recruitment or prize fulfillment when explicit consent is provided.
CLAUSE 04
Participant Rights & Security
- •Participants may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information at any time before the finale.
- •All data transmissions are encrypted using standard TLS protocols.
